How do I schedule an appointment?

What is your cancellation policy?

We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations to allow time to fill the appointment.

Appointments can be rescheduled prior to 24 hours of the appt time with no fee. If an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time 50% off the service will be automatically charged and new appointment must be scheduled with a new $25 non refundable fee

What if I am running late?

We offer a grace period (10 minutes), after which the appointment may be canceled or potentially charged with a late fee or no show fee of 50 % of service cost.

Are consultations required?

Consultations are only required for new color services or Tape ins

What is new client service?

Our New Client Silk Press Service is specifically designed for those seeking a silk press for the first time with us. This dedicated service allows our stylists to thoroughly assess the unique condition of your hair, ensuring we can provide the best possible care and achieve stunning, healthy results.

Where are you located?

We are located in Stafford, TX – about 25 minutes from Downtown Houston.
